To be able to take a break from working, and amuse yourself by doing things you simply love to do. That's really good, isn't it? What about doing things you love to do, and getting sponsored, even WHILE you're working? That's better, ain't it? For me, that's super duper hyper great!
The reason I'm writing this entry is because I wanted to express my jealousy towards my cousin, Abg Yan, who will be going to Switzerland tomorrow. His company is sending him there to work, and while working, he get to participate in the 'TICINO de maratona' as well. All sponsored. Sangat bestttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt ok. Dan saye sangat jeles. haha.
So abg Yan, may you have a safe journey tomorrow. All the best in the marathon, make sure you beat all those Europeans, and take good care of yourself, ok?
p/s: Sila bawak balik souvenir untuk kekda ye. at least swatch 2 3 ketul.. :P

I think I'm so ready to be rich now.
You see, I have my eyes on a Nintendo DS (obviously Nina has succeeded in influencing me), an Ipod, and also a powerbook. They are not something I need. No, not at all. But they are something I really really want. Mainly because they're cool. Rich people get cool stuffs they don't need all the time. Which is why I should be rich.
Hurm.. I wonder how long a person can be deprived of sleep before they finally crack up and become insane? I know I'm most certainly heading there :p
I didn't sleep well last night and it's 3am now. Programming, unfortunately. It's probably not as hard as I make it to be, but then again programming is not something I'm best at.
Anyway, how was your weekend guys? Mine was fun!
We had a sport carnival on Saturday, and I was a member of 'Rumah Merah'. Yes, we did have that 'rumah' thing this year. Sweet, ain't it? I think it's great for helping an old folk (haha) like me to reminisce the good old days.
I played futsal for my 'rumah', only for 2 matches out of 3 (It's a league). I was happily enjoying the other games at mini fun-fair, lost track of time and missed the match. Silly me. But thanks to the substitute player, we won the last game, which made us qualified as gold-medal receivers. Hooray!
And the best part was, with differences of only 50 points to rumah hijau, rumah merah was awarded 'juara keseluruhan'. Hooray again! REDS, we color you blood!
I'm still collecting pictures from friends. Will upload them later, okay?

Last Saturday, rumah Adi dengan usahasama rumah Padil telah menjayakan openhouse yang best bertempat di rumah Adi.
I got a CETUSAN (our student magazine) meeting before that so I've headed straight to their house after the meeting finished, which was around 2 o'clock. I thought I was late, but it seems like I'm among the first to arrive. Dan itu adalah sangat best sebab bleh makan banyak round. hehe.
I didn't take any picture of the food sebab terlalu asyik memenuhkan perut. Ada nasi tomato, ayam masak merah, ayam apentah lagi satu tu, and kari ayam untuk dimakan bersama sama dengan roti canai. Yes, roti canai! I know back in Malaysia you can get roti canai anytime anywhere, but here that's not the case. Yelah kan, mamak mana la plak yang rajin nak bukak kedai roti canai kat sini. Afzai tu even though he is a mamak, I'm sure tebar roti canai pun dia tak reti. haha.

Aina kata gambar ni mencucuk mata. I don't know why.

Acara seterusnya: main bunga api!
Terima kasi kepada Sharina dan rakan rakan yang sangatlah rajin membeli bunga api + mercun. Best best. Anyway, I'm really sorry for the quality of the pictures. I've set to mode for firecracker, but it needed a very still hand to shoot it. Since semua orang pun ialah parkinson, gambar kluar la camtu.. sorry TT

I feel it in my fingers,
I feel it in my toes,
EidulFitr is all around me,
and so the feeling grows
It's written in the wind,
It's everywhere I go,
So if you really love Eid,
C'mon and let it show
You know I love Eid
I always will
My mind's made up
The way that I feel
There's no beginning
There'll be no end
Cuz on EidulFitr,
You can depend~~ ooo~~

So how was my raya, you may ask. It was quite similar to what I've had last year. And the year before that. And the year before that. And the year before that. Eh, how many times did I celebrate my raya abroad? I lost count already. eheh.
We did have solat raya at the embassy as usual, which I missed (again) sebab terlewat bangun, plus the blardy taxi driver telah melencong pergi namdemun dulu before commuted me to the embassy.
After solat raya, there was the first jamuan where they served all kind of rendangs, nasi himpit, kuah kacang, bihun, kuih muih, nasi lemak, cakes and whatnots. Dan gua telah mengambil 2 ketul ayam untuk setiap rendang, and a piece of everything else, and berapa ketul ntah nasi himpit. Now you can imagine how my pinggan looked like. I was also among the first yang dapat amik roti-boy (yes, we had roti-boy for raya) sebab kebetulan time gua sampai Adi dengan Cheh tengah mengangkut kotak kotak roti itu naik ke atas, lalu mereka meng-offerku sebab kalau dah bawak naik atas, confirm tak dapat sebab orang akan berebut rebut. Ahh, kebetulan yang manis, bukan?
We had 2 jamuans since this year we are forbidden(?) to go to the houses of embassy staffs. Kenapa tu saye tidaklah mengetahui. So lepas Zohor, the second jamuan started but because I already kenyang memakan rendang yang banyak, I only took a spoon (eceh) of everything they serve. haha penuh gak lah sepinggan.
We did have the ziarah part but unlike past rayas, this year we went to our juniors' houses instead of the embassy staff's. (You can read that as: pergi rumah junior dan menghabiskan makanan mereka). Pengalaman itu sangat best sebab semua rumah yang di-pergi telah menghidangkan pelbagai makanan yang unik. Antaranya ialah biskut kayu berperisa pokok, dan juge kuih raya cicah ayam masala.
After 3 houses and a nearly burst stomach, we went to Afzai's house untuk melepak lepak sambil mengutuk Nina dan berborak borak. Afzai had served us his infamous Milo. Nyum!

Selamat Hari Raya! [with Nina]
With Afzai
With Syusyu And Anna
With Bob
Sepasang plak dengan Cheh
Dengan Sharina

With Aina
Afzai cuba nak mintak maaf kat Nina
